I am a hobbyist woodenworker, making furnishings. The paper is a model new system from Festool, that remainings longer than their different papers and does no longer load up almost as so much. Therefore, it lasts longer.
While Festool papers are now not less expensive, their device makes sanding, my least-favorite woodworking process, at the least tolerable. There are holes within the paper that fit the openings within the sanding pads to eliminate virtually all of the sanding mud from the world when hooked up to a vacuum. The Granat paper could be very effective and comes in a huge range of grits, so that it may just be used from initial sanding to ending.
